French crypto company co-founder freed after kidnapping

The Paris prosecutor’s office on Thursday said David Balland, co-founder of French crypto company Ledger, was freed after he was kidnapped from his home in Méreau in central France. The GIGN, an elite unit from the French gendarmerie, were among the law enforcement teams that worked on the case.
