Quebec police issue Amber Alert for nine-year-old child
Quebec provincial police have issued an Amber Alert for a nine-year-old child.
Angelo Mitrou was allegedly abducted by Vicki Leclerc, 39, Wednesday shortly before 2 p.m. in Marieville, Que., about 40 kilometres southeast of Montreal.
Police are looking for a red 2012 Chevrolet Cruz in connection with the Amber Alert. (Surete du Quebec)
The Sûreté du Québec said in the alert that Leclerc is five feet four inches tall with blue eyes.
Police are looking for a red 2012 Chevrolet Cruz with licence plate P82 YNV. If spotted, people are urged to call 911.
